Lions Club International



The 43rd ISAAME Forum will be held from 16th to 20th December 2015 at Ahmedabad. The forum has drawn up a series of exciting events including the launch of centennial service projects. With a goal of 5000 participants it will, no doubt, be a mini International Convention.  The ISAAME Countries are India, South Asia, Africa and Middle East, it comprises of total 62 countries. The event will witness more than 5000 delegates from 50 countries. All coming together, to share ideas on how they can better serve the communities, operate more effectively, and increase the amount of service to the world The main events of attraction will be Parade of Nations, NEXT-GEN ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP Programme, Golf Tournament and Eminent Keynote Speakers. Some of the keynote Speakers at the event are: Chetan Bhagat, Captain Rishabh Kapoor, Samani Charitra Pragnaji, Prof. Himanshu Rai. The Lions Clubs International, ISAAME forum has become a global phenomenon with the announcement of Centennial Service Projects being announced this time.

Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar

Mahatma Mandir is Gujarat’s new world class facility for International Conferences and event venue located at Gandhinagar, a capital of State of Gujarat, India. Mahatma Mandir is being developed in an area of around 34 Acres, in the Central Vista of Gandhi Nagar, directly in front of the assembly complex. Located at 20 kms. from Ahmedabad international airport and approx. 30 kms. from Ahmedabad Railway station, Mahatma Mandir is well connected with National Highway to Delhi, Mumbai etc.

Sardar Patel Cricket Stadium - Ahmedabad

Sardar Patel Gujarat Stadium is one of the premier cricket stadiums of India in the Motera locality of Ahmedabad. Because of its location, the stadium is commonly called 'Motera Stadium' to avoid confusion with another stadium of the same name in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. Sardar Patel stadium is owned by Gujarat Cricket Association and comes under the aegis of the West Zone. It is the largest stadium in the state of Gujarat with an official capacity of 54,000 spectators.It is equipped with floodlights for day-and-night games and is a regular venue for Test cricket and One Day Internationals (ODI) matches.

Sabarmati Riverfront

Sabarmati Riverfront is a waterfront developed along banks of Sabarmati river in the city of Ahmedabad, India.Sabarmati river has been an integral part in the life of Ahmedabad since the time the city was founded in 1411 along the river banks. Besides being an important source of water, it provided a backdrop to cultural and recreational activities. During the dry seasons, the river bed became a place for farming. With time it also offered place for various informal economic activities, and the river banks were used by informal squatter settlements.
