100 Days Challenge

Posted by:Neville Mehta

Dear Lion Leaders,

We have all made the conscious decision of attaining the 1.4 million mark by the end of the next 100 days. The reason for making this commitment is very simple, we are proud to be Lions and we are extremely proud of our association which leads us to believe that we can definitely invite new members in our association and share the joy of serving with them.

However, while doing so, we must not forget about our existing members. We must take the same amount of efforts to nurture our relationship with them and ensure that their involvement turns out to be a qualitative experience that would enrich their existence as human beings. It is the key towards ensuring maximum retention of existing members and subsequently reducing the percentage of drops that we have been witnessing since quite some time.

We all know that for Lions with such great caliber, reaching the 1.4 million mark is not a difficult thing to do, and yet, till date, we have not been able to achieve this goal. A few days back, I read a quote which said “The greatest pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do”. I strongly feel that the next 100 days are going to be very crucial for us, as by end of this time, we will have created history by finally surpassing the target that has been set for us.

Now is the right time to get busy and turn our dream into a heartening reality! Let us work towards perpetuating the spirit of Lionism.

Best regards,

Yours sincerely,
